Enrollment is completed after application, placement or needs assessment where required, program selection, confirmation of an available class, payment, and official enrollment confirmation.
A learner's place in a class is considered confirmed only after the academy has completed the required enrollment process.
Available payment methods may include bank payment, Pay/payment services, Western Union, MoneyGram, and cash, subject to availability and verification.
All payment instructions should be confirmed through an official academy communication channel before payment is made.
Examination fees paid to external testing organizations are separate from Barin English & AI Academy tuition and are not controlled by the academy.
Because standard group places are limited to approximately 8–10 learners, payments are generally non-refundable after the learner's program has started.
Before a program begins, a learner may contact the academy regarding cancellation or transfer. Requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable terms. Where appropriate, the academy may offer a transfer to another available cohort rather than a monetary refund.

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes on time and participate actively.

Learners are expected to complete assessments, assignments, and academic activities honestly.
AI tools may be used where they are specifically provided or permitted by the academy.
Students should not use AI or another person to misrepresent their own academic ability during placement assessments, examinations, or required independent work.
Barin English & AI Academy provides TOEFL preparation and training. The academy does not guarantee a particular score or examination outcome.
A digital certificate may be generated when a learner meets the requirements of an applicable program.
Certificates confirm completion of the relevant Barin English & AI Academy program. They should not be presented as government accreditation, university accreditation, or third-party examination certification unless such accreditation or partnership has been formally obtained.
